We offer simple meditation techniques to train the mind. We train the chaotic mind, sometimes called ‘the monkey mind’, to become more focused and aware, so as to lead calmer, less stressed, and more fulfilling lives. A meditation practice opens our hearts and reveals us to be the caring and whole person we want to be, both to ourselves and to others.
Simple instructions are given at the beginning of each session, followed by meditation practice. We share our experiences, and we discuss how the benefits of meditation affect and improve our daily lives.
