Neem Dewji has been the director of Yoga for Bliss for 21 years. She also teaches meditation and stress management, leads groups that focus on health and well-being, and teaches therapeutic, gentle and chair yoga.

Andrea Freire has been practicing Hatha yoga for 7 years. Recently she spent a rigorous 4 months deepening her knowledge to complete Teacher Training at the Integral Yoga Institute. Now she is ready to bring this beautiful practice to others so they can nourish their bodies, hearts, minds, and spirits!
Immersed in Iyengar yoga since 1995, Nancy Preston has visited India three times to study with master teachers Ramanand Patel, Pandit Mukesh Desai, Swami Dayananda Saraswati, and the Iyengars. She has passed the rigorous Iyengar Yoga Certification process. Nancy believes the principles of asana practice can guide us to live our daily lives in harmony.
Stephanie Brooks has been a yoga practitioner for over seventeen years, and has found yoga to be an incredibly healing modality - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Her 2019 Teacher Training focused not just on asanas (postures), but on the timeless, philosophical elements of yoga, which have deepended both her self-awareness and her practice. Stephanie offers a gentle, grounding class with an emphasis on self-exploration and self-care.
Gina Callendar has been practicing yoga for over 17 years and has completed several Teacher Trainings. To Gina, yoga is a transformative philosophy, beyond the physical poses that yoga is associated with in the West. Yoga teaches us to slow down, and has huge physical and mental benefits when practiced regularly.
