The late yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar devised a method which focuses on precise alignment in poses, skillful use of props, and systematic progression in carefully prepared sequencing. This systematic method enables everyone to access yoga - regardless of flexibility, fitness level, age, or body type. Working from the outside in, the mind can become quiet and the student can experience what Mr.Iyengar described as “Meditation in Action.” All levels welcome.

Open level classes are appropriate for all, from beginners to experienced students who want to practice classic poses at a steady pace, this class will help you feel centered and refreshed. We will link breath to movement, building strength with standing and seated sequences, and wind down with a deep relaxation.
